  Lemon & Mint   Ingredients- Lemon: 1 Mint leaves: 8-10 Water: 1 glass Recipe-  Add one glass of water in the grinder along with lemon juice and mint leaves and let it grind for around two minutes or until you feel like the leaves are mixed as per your choice. The other way to make this lemon mint detox water is to squeeze the lemon juice in water and add the mint leaves in it. Leave it for 30 minutes to one hour so that the benefits of mint are diffused in water. You can prepare more serving as per your choice to drink throughout the day.
